Terms of Asset Governance

1. Acceptance of Governance

Access to cognilumin.com (the "Asset") constitutes an agreement to these Terms of Governance. These terms govern the use of the technical demonstrators hosted herein.

2. Asset Specification

Cognilumin provides specialized AI-driven diagnostic tools, including the Agentic Execution Tracer and Topology Visualizer. These are provided as technical proofs-of-concept for the Cognilumin ecosystem.

3. Permitted Utilization

Users are prohibited from:

• Systematic extraction of proprietary logic or source code.
• Automated stress-testing or "denial of service" operations.
• Utilizing the Asset for the development of competitive agentic infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property & Domain Integrity

The Cognilumin name, visual architecture, and underlying conative logic are proprietary assets. AI-generated outputs are facilitated by third-party LLM providers (Google, Groq, OpenRouter) and are subject to their respective licensing frameworks.

5. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

The Asset is provided on an "as-is" basis for demonstration purposes. Cognilumin disclaims all liability for systemic errors or the accuracy of non-deterministic AI outputs.

6. Governing Authority

We reserve the right to restrict access to any node or technical demonstrator at our discretion to preserve system integrity.
